One counter, two kitchens. Charcoal-grilled tikka and slow-cooked curries come out of the tandoor side; coffee, cabinet food and a proper cooked breakfast come out of the cafe side. Order ahead and it’s ready when you pull in.
Highway Tadka & Cafe is one counter with two kitchens behind it. Mornings run on espresso, toasted muffins and whatever came out of the oven that hour. From late afternoon the tandoor takes over — charcoal-grilled tikka, seekh kebab and slow-cooked curries.
It’s built for people passing through: order ahead, pull in, and it’s bagged and waiting. Everything on this page — hours, wait times, whether we’re open right now — reads live from the till, so it is never out of date.
Hours and wait times below are live from the kitchen’s own system.
